About

Built by operators, for operators.

Ordak is operations software for businesses that make and move things. Bakeries, kitchens, fleets, delivery teams, Shopify stores — any operation where orders become things and things have to get somewhere.

Where this started

Ordak started inside a Sydney bakery that needed software for the way the business actually worked — not the way a generic tool imagined it. When none of the existing options fit, we built one that did. It turned out the same patterns held in other industries — fleets, delivery operations, Shopify merchants — so we kept building.

What we believe

Operations software should match how a business runs, not the other way around. Every screen should reflect something real: an order, a vehicle, a route, a production stage. The job of good software is to make those real things easier to see and easier to move — not to force the team to translate reality into someone else's abstraction.

Where we're going

Five products today: Manufacturing, Delivery, Fleet, Go, and Connect. They work independently and together. The near-term roadmap is about making each one deeper where it matters and expanding the integrations that plug them into the rest of your stack.
